Characteristics Basa

Basa is a white wine from Rueda developed by the wine company of Telmo Rodríguez. This wine is a blend of Verdejo (92%) and Viura (8%).

The grapes are harvested partly by hand and partly mechanically from different areas of the region. The soils are calcareous and gravel.

Pruning techniques are used, such as glass and lace viticulture.

Basa is fermented in stainless steel tanks before being bottled and marketed. The total production of this wine is 595,000 bottles.

Fresh step which is expressive and is marked by good acidity. It is tasty and balanced.

Pale yellow with green hues. Very bright.
