The bodega Zuccardi Valle de Uco (Mendoza, Argentina) is the legacy of three generations devoted to a viticulture that celebrates the identity of the terroir. It began in 1963 with the vision of Engineer Alberto “Tito” Zuccardi, who, in the face of the adversity of the Mendoza desert, innovated with an irrigation system that paved the way for viticulture. Today, under the leadership of Sebastián Zuccardi, the winery is a global benchmark, celebrated not only for its quality but for its ability to capture the essence of the land in every bottle.
 
Zuccardi Polígonos Paraje Altamira Cabernet Franc is a red wine paying homage to the diversity and complexity of the Uco Valley. This wine is crafted from cabernet franc grapes grown at an altitude of 1,100 metres, in an area with significant thermal amplitude, allowing the fruit to mature slowly, developing exceptional concentration and freshness. 
 
The wine ferments with native yeasts and is aged in concrete vessels that enhance the purity of the terroir, allowing the cabernet franc to express itself with full intensity and elegance. Its soils, laden with stones and granite gravel coated with limestone (here you can find rocks weighing up to 20 tonnes), contribute a unique minerality that is reflected in every sip.
