Wine from designation D.O. Navarra

Although DO Navarra produces red, white and rosé wines, the region has historically been linked to the production of Rosé wines. During the second half of the last century, the production rosé wine in Navarra practically eclipsed that of reds and whites, to the point of almost only producing rosé wine. DO Navarra was officially recognised in 1975, and from the 1980’s red and white wines in the region made a comeback, thanks to the renovation of numerous vineyards and the introduction of new varieties in the region.
