On the palate, it is well-rounded, velvety, expansive, and intricate. It exhibits a subtle hint of alcohol in a full and harmonious finish. The aftertaste is imbued with notes of vanilla and wood.

The hue is a deep amber with iodine reflections.

The bouquet is characterized by nuanced aromas of vanilla and dates.

From the heart of La Mancha comes this brandy made from a careful selection of wines of the Airén variety. Bodegas Peinado created an original method that gives their brandy a unique and unmistakable flavour: spraying the solera with aged brandy. The production is very limited so each purchase is a real treasure.
