Juvé & Camps Essential Púrpura Reserva Brut is a sparkling wine made by Juvé & Camps with the Xarel·lo, Macabeo and Parellada varieties in the D.O. Cava (Catalonia). 
 
Founded in 1920 by the couple Joan Jové Baqués and Teresa Camps Ferrer, Juvé & Camps is one of the leading wineries in the production of cava. Now located in Sant Sadurní d'Anoia, this winery has made a name for itself around the world through its wines. These are high quality wines made in Penedès.
 
Juvé & Camps Essential Púrpura Reserva Brut comes from vineyards planted on their own estate in Espiells. The vines lie in loamy-clay-calcareous soils and are traditionally cultivated. When the grapes reach optimum ripeness, they are manually harvested. 
 
Juvé & Camps Essential Púrpura Reserva Brut is made using the champenoise method. The grapes are vinified by plot and then a second fermentation takes place in the bottle. Finally, the wine spends 24 months aging before disgorging and dosing. 
 
Juvé & Camps Essential Púrpura Reserva Brut is a sparkling wine with strong roots in the land and in the Penedès region. A pleasant cava with a creamy texture and a delicious final persistence.
