Gramona Rosé Roent

Gramona was established in 1881 in Sant Sadurní d'Anoia. After more than 130 years of crafting both sparkling and still wines, the business is currently led by the fifth generation, who continue to uphold the family tradition and the philosophy that has guided the winery's work over the years.

In recent years, Gramona has evolved in the way it manages its vineyard, transitioning through organic and biodynamic agriculture, thus achieving the maximum balance between the vineyard and its environment, imbuing all its wines with character and uniqueness.

Gramona Rosé Roent is a sparkling wine made from pinot noir and garnacha tinta grapes from vineyards owned by members of the group Alianzas por la tierra, formed by 12 winegrowers who, since 2015, have been working under a shared philosophy that respects the environment, aiming to revitalize the land and the landscape to which it belongs.

Following the night-time manual harvest, all the grapes undergo selection on the sorting table at the winery. Once the grapes enter by gravity, they undergo a gentle maceration and a bleeding process that varies according to the vintage. After the wine is obtained, it undergoes a second fermentation in the bottle with a minimum aging period of 25 months. After disgorging, an expedition liqueur with 6 grams of sugar per litre is added.
