About Fernando de Castilla Solera Gran Reserva Brandy

Fernando de Castilla Solera Gran Reserva is a brandy made by the classic winery Rey Fernando de Castilla. 


This brandy is produced using the traditional soleras and criaderas system, through which the barrels are organised in different levels. The lowest level (known as the solera), from which the liquid is extracted, is filled with the wine that is found in the higher levels. Likewise, these take advantage of the wine from the barrels located even higher, and so it continues one after another.
