The harvest is conducted manually, with each cluster carefully selected to ensure quality. Fermentation and aging in oak barrels for 30 months bestow the Chardonnay with structure, complexity, and an elegant profile, featuring notes that combine ripe fruit, freshness, and a subtle minerality.
