Tasting notes Zacapa Centenario Sistema Solera 23 Rum 70cl

Rhum (70 cl.).

Onctuous, with very dense tears, sweet and with a touch of cognac. Hints of caramel, roasted hazelnuts, ripe bananas, honey and smoky oak. Nice finish, with lingering sweet notes. Elegant.

Dark mahogany colour.

Nice and smooth. The notes of wood appear subtly, with flavors of nuts and hints of cola, honey, sherry and citrus.

About Zacapa Centenario Sistema Solera 23 Rum

Combined maturation in Pedro Ximenez, bourbon and sherry casks. Ron matured at high altitude, at a temperature and humidity conditions typical of the rainforest. It is recognized as the best rum in the world. Spanish-style rums are characterized as fruity with a bouquet of brandy and notes dominated by raisins and berries.
