Eduardo Ojeda is one of the great characters of Jerez, responsible for the Valdespino, Marqués del Real Tesoro and La Guïta wines. Three old wineries, founded in the 19th century, that are still making great wines in line with traditional Jerez methods. Some of the most valued Finos and Manzanillas emerge from these barrels.
