

Viña Encina Blanco is a white kosher wine from the D.O Castilla-La Mancha produced by the Elvi Wines Winery. This wine is a blend of two different grape varieties: Macabeo and Moscatel.
The two different grape varieties vinified separately. Firstly, the grapes undergo maceration at a fixed temperature of 10º for eight hours, followed by pressing the grapes and subsequent racking. The two varieties then undergo alcoholic fermentation at 15º, the varieties are then blended conserving part of the lees. Viña Encina Blanco then undergoes weekly battonages. Before being bottled, the wine is passes through tuning treatments.
