Yzaguirre has been making its vermouths since 1884 in its cellar in Morell (between Reus and Tarragona). Always based on completely artisanal methods (following the traditional method of the old production houses in the foothills of the Italian Alps) and secret formulas (where more than 80 botanicals are used), this house has managed to position itself as a benchmark, not only in the Spanish market, but also in 40 other countries in Europe, Asia, America and even Africa. 
 
Among its production line, made up of more than 30 labels, is Vermouth Yzaguirre Blanco, a classic, sweet and easy-to-drink macerated wine. Its aromas and intensity, very pleasant and appetizing, make it a perfect choice which can be drunk daily and you never tire of it.
 
While red vermouth is one of the most consumed in Spain, white vermouth (made with fewer herbs and more bitter spices) is a big hit outside this country. Specifically, this variant emerged in the mid-nineteenth century in France after several trials and experiments. One of those who dared to try some variations was Joseph Noilly, who reduced both the amount of sugar and aromatic herbs. The result was a much drier and less sweet vermouth which was very well received by the public.
