Vermouth Perucchi Gran Reserva

Vermouth Gran Reserva.
Vermouth Perucchi Gran Reserva 1L is a smooth, easy-to-drink vermouth. The nose is intense, with notes of oak and nuts (typical of the wood), ripe fruit and spices. On the palate it’s bitter and pleasant.
About Vermouth Perucchi Gran Reserva
In the 18th century vermouth was invented by Antonio Benedetto Carpano. This happened in Turin (Italy) and its success quickly spread all over the world. In Spain, the first elaboration of this drink is attributed to Augustus Perucchi. At least, this is how it’s recorded in the documents of the Barcelona Chamber of Commerce, which date this first production to 1876.
Since then, this winery has continued to produce its Vermouth Perucchi Gran Reserva. Handmade wines, mistelas, herbs, plants and roots are the secret of this vermouth, which has maintained the traditional processes. The final touch comes from ageing in centenary soleras.
In the case of Vermouth Perucchi Gran Reserva, it’s made with 50 botanicals, without preservatives or colorings and aged in 9,000 litre foudres with lees from 1876.
The entire production process will take a total of three years. No more, no less. Just enough time to extract all the soul and essence of the bestseller Perucchi 1876.
