Vallformosa Origen Brut Nature is a classic and elegant sparkling wine (less than 3g/L sugar). The nose is fresh, with hints of white fruit, tropical fruit and hints of dried fruit. Tasty and fruity on the palate. Well balanced. Long and pleasant finish.

About Vallformosa Origen Brut Nature
The harvest is more manual than mechanical. Macabeo is picked at the beginning of September, Xarel·lo in the middle of September and, finally, Parellada in the first week of October. As for the production, the first fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature of 14-16 ºC. By contrast, the second fermentation is in the bottle by the Traditional Method.
This cava ages for 12 months on its lees.
2011 | On the palate it is broad, complex, fruity and balanced. Very dry. As it passes through the mouth it is tasty then it stretches into a fresh aftertaste leaving a pleasant and fruity finish. Yellow and straw-like in colour with green reflections, small bubbles and a white crown. Fresh and very fruity. Green apple, pear and pineapple aromas. Long notes of brioche and dry fruit after its aging time. |
