Túnel Hierbas Secas is a pale green liqueur that on the nose presents a cornucopia of herbal, balsamic, and aniseed scents. On the palate, it is dry and crisp, with a harmonious balance between anise and herbs. This liqueur has a lengthy progression and concludes with a warm and lingering finish.

Túnel Hierbas Secas is a time-honored spirit that venerates and perpetuates the rich Mallorcan heritage. It is produced using organically grown fennel, rosemary, peppermint, orange leaves, lemon leaves, chamomile, and lemon balm. These herbs undergo a meticulous maceration process with dry anise for several months, yielding a complex, flavorful, and aromatic liquor, ideal for savoring as an aperitif or relishing post-meal, whether served over ice or enjoyed chilled and neat.
