Torelló Brut Reserva 2022 is a corpinnat that stands out for its elegance and creaminess. On the nose, it offers aromas of ripe apple and peach, accompanied by subtle notes of vanilla, thanks to its barrel aging. On the palate, it is slightly creamy with a fine and persistent bubble. Its balance between freshness and maturity makes it very pleasant to the palate, leaving a smooth and long-lasting finish.

About Torelló Brut Reserva

Torelló Brut Reserva is a sparkling wine made with the Macabeo, Xarel·lo and Parellada varieties by the Corpinnat collective brand (Catalonia).
 
Torelló Viticultors is an old winery that, as well making still wines in the D.O. Penedès, also makes great sparkling wines as part of the Corpinnat collective brand. This is a small association that only welcomes the best sparkling winemakers in Penedès who champion native varieties, the typicity of the terroir and organic cultivation. 
 
Torelló Brut Reserva comes from their own vineyards on the Can Martí family estate, in the town of Gelida (Alt Penedès). The vines are cultivated using organic agriculture and no chemical products. The harvest is carried out completely manually at the optimum point of ripeness. 
 
In the winery, the Torelló Brut Reserva grapes are immediately transferred to the press to develop a yeast cap and begin a first fermentation with native yeasts in stainless steel tanks. A second fermentation then takes place in the bottle followed by a minimum aging of 36 months, also in the bottle. Being a brut sparkling wine, it contains 4gr/l sugar.
 
 
Having spent more than 36 months in the bottle, Torelló Brut Reserva is a fresh, sweet and structured Corpinnat. A sparkling wine that perfectly reflects the philosophy of the Torelló winery.

Torelló Brut Reserva 2019 is a sparkling wine that captivates with its subtle sweetness and a slightly creamy texture. On the nose, it unfolds a spectrum of aromas that evoke the allure of the forest, with hints of wildflowers and fennel, complemented by the warmth of almond and candied fruit. Glimmers of mint and an undercurrent of brioche and yeast add complexity. On the palate, it introduces itself with a gracious beginning, vibrant freshness, and a creamy structure that renders it distinctive and memorable.
2016

Torelló Brut Reserva 2016 is a dry sparkling wine (4 gr/L of sugar). The nose is sweet, with green hints of the countryside, almond, clay and notes of mint and fennel. On the palate it reveals nerve, tension and freshness, with a mineral background and hints of bakery. Fast mid-palate and great structure.

Torelló Brut Reserva 2015 is a creamy sparkling wine with sweet aromas of ripe white fruit, notes of aromatic fresh herbs and hints of brioche. On the palate it is light, fresh and very pleasant. It reveals a well-integrated bubble, bright acidity and very pleasant mineral notes.
