Inspired by tales of Prohibition, which recount that Ontario whisky was the favourite of Chicago's mobsters, but perfectly trained guard dogs made smuggling it across the Canadian border impossible. To mask its scent, they began hiding the whisky among cinnamon and chilli. This spicy whisky embodies the spirit of those who cross boundaries and fear not the forbidden.

Since its inception, the artisans of Thunder Bay have pursued perfection in every barrel, blending the tradition of premium Canadian whisky with the audacity of unexpected ingredients.
