Suntory The Chita Single Grain is a lustrous golden-hued Japanese whisky crafted from corn grains. It greets the olfactory senses with a bouquet reminiscent of honey, vanilla, cinnamon, and cardamom, delicately interwoven with hints of crème brûlée and blooming roses. Upon tasting, it glides smoothly across the palate, unveiling flavors imbued with menthol, honey, and spices, complemented by undertones of wood and toast. This whisky is pristine and lucid, robust and velvety, with subtle bittersweet nuances, culminating in a prolonged, spicy finish.

Situated on the Chita Peninsula in Aichi Prefecture, at the heart of Japan, Chita is Suntory's grain distillery which, unlike most of the country's distilleries, produces not one but three types of grain whisky using corn.
 
The maturation process, in a location with unique climatic and natural conditions, nestled amidst gentle hills and the tranquil maritime ambiance, along with the use of American white oak casks, further enhances the incredible flavor spectrum of Chita's grain whiskies,
 
Launched in 2015, Suntory The Chita Single Grain is a Japanese whisky that stands out from the usual grain whiskies. Its complexity and flavor depth are amplified by aging in a mix of wine, Spanish oak, and American white oak casks, resulting in a single grain whisky that is smoother and silkier, with a clean and distinct finish, embodying a unique sophistication that also benefits from the bounties of nature and Japanese craftsmanship.
