On the nose, it unfolds delicately, with hints of vanilla and oak, underpinned by honey and ripe tropical fruits that conjure a warm, sunny climate. On the palate, it is gentle and balanced, with a silky texture where vanilla intertwines with red fruit notes and well-integrated wood that adds structure without being overpowering. The finish is pleasant and lingering, with a gentle echo reminiscent of long afternoons, whether in a refreshing cocktail or savoured calmly over ice.

Its character begins with the land: high-quality sugarcane molasses and a traditional distillation that honours its origins. Then, time does the rest... or rather, nature does. The rum rests for years in American oak barrels that previously held Scottish whisky, in a setting surrounded by rivers, humidity, and lush jungle, where the altitude and climate refine every nuance unhurriedly. It is an ageing process that occurs not only in wood but also in the atmosphere.
