About Ron Abuelo Añejo

Ron Abuelo Añejo is made by fermenting sugar cane molasses. The most modern techniques are used for its ageing and elaboration. The Abuelo brand belongs to Varela Hermanos S.A., whose roots date back to 1908 when Don José Varela Blanco, a young Spanish immigrant, founded the first sugar mill in Panama.
