Ramón Bilbao Verdejo is the first white wine produced byBodegas Ramón Bilbao in the D.O. Rueda.

Bodegas Ramón Bilbao was founded in 1924 by Mr. Ramón Bilbao Murga. However, Mr. Ramón had already been producing and selling his wines around 1896, in a small winery of Las Cuevas street, in Haro, a village with one of the largest number of wineries in the world.

The winery is located outside Haro, one of the most privileged winemaking regions when it comes to vine cultivation. In this area, climate is continental and mild, marked by a Cantabrian influence. It rains all year around.

Ramón Bilbao Verdejo is a wine prepared with 100% Verdejo in the area of Rueda. After harvesting, the grapes are fermented in stainless steel deposits at relatively low temperatures. This preserves all of their aroma.

 Ramón Bilbao Verdejo is an aromatic, elegant and fresh wine, dominated by the typical tropical fruit notes of this kind of Verdejo.
