Protos Sauvignon Blanc is the culmination of a journey of sensations that begins with the legacy of Bodegas Protos, a name with over 90 years of history in crafting exceptional wines. Since its inception in the DO. Ribera del Duero in 1927, Protos has been synonymous with quality and vision, expanding its expertise to the DO. Rueda in 2006.

Protos Sauvignon Blanc is a white wine that faithfully reflects this tradition, crafted from sauvignon blanc grapes sourced from vineyards aged between 10 and 30 years in the Los Rosales and La Virgen estates, where gravel, clay, and sandy soils combine with the unique microclimates of the DO. Rueda. The night harvest and meticulous vinification with controlled fermentation at low temperatures enhance the freshness and citrus and herbaceous notes that characterise this wine. After two months of ageing on lees in stainless steel tanks, it results in a white wine of great volume and persistence, balanced and full of character.
