Porta Do Miño Licor de Hierbas is an exceptionally smooth, harmonious, expansive, and enduring liqueur, with a subtly sweet finish that is most pleasing. It presents a greenish-yellow hue, crystalline and luminous. On the nose, it releases fragrances reminiscent of the spirit from which it originates, combined with fresh aromas of aromatic herbs, prominently featuring chamomile and delicate hints of orange blossom.

About Porta Do Miño Herbs Liqueur

There are spirits that are perfect for concluding a meal; and then there are those that manage to extend it, such as Porta Do Miño Licor de Hierbas. 
 
Originating in Galicia, near the Miño River, this liqueur encapsulates the very essence of northern Spain. Its producer, the winery Terras Gauda, is among the most renowned in the Rías Baixas region, owing to its artisanal philosophy that extends beyond wines to these spirits, where the grape is utilised to its fullest. Specifically, Porta Do Miño Licor de Hierbas is crafted from pomace brandy derived from albariño grape skins. After distillation, where only the hearts are used, Porta Do Miño Licor de Hierbas is slowly macerated with twelve herbs and spices, among which chamomile, mint, coriander, nutmeg, liquorice, and sage are prominent. 
 
Porta Do Miño Licor de Hierbas is Galicia served in a small glass. A liqueur crafted with patience, tradition, and an Atlantic aroma, where the character of albariño pomace brandy melds with a selection of aromatic herbs to offer a warm, refreshing, and deeply gastronomic sip.
