Pike Creek 10 YO Rum Barrel Finish is a clear, dark-hued whisky. On the nose, oak, molasses, and salt notes emerge immediately. As it opens up, it reveals raisins, caramel, almonds, candied orange, and a subtle hint of herbal notes. On the palate, it is smooth and creamy, with intense coffee, rye spices, vanilla, and molasses.
