On the nose, it unveils intense aromas of grape skin, accompanied by herbal notes and delicate floral nuances reminiscent of rose, with a fine and well-integrated alcoholic backdrop. On the palate, it presents as dry, powerful, and well-structured, with a warm sensation that traverses the palate, evoking memories of fresh white grapes. What if origin were not merely a place, but a way of doing things that remains unchanged over time? In Baixo Miño (Galicia), where the Galician landscape meets the Atlantic influence and life progresses unhurriedly, Pazo de Valdomiño has been distilling since 1996 with a clear vision: to honour origin and meticulously craft each detail in-house, from maceration to ageing, preserving a craft that regards authenticity as its foundation.
 
In this setting, where the climate and soil seem to contribute to the character of what is created there, this orujo is born from aguardiente de uva albariño and is crafted through meticulous processes including traditional alembic distillation and extended ageing, which refines its profile. There are no shortcuts or artifices; there is time, selection, and a method that prioritises identity over any excess.
 
Pazo Valdomiño Orujo presents itself as clean and straightforward, with aromas that evoke ripe white fruit and a subtle vegetal undertone that imparts freshness. On the palate, it is dry, warm, and balanced, with a texture that envelops without overpowering, allowing nuances reminiscent of the grape to emerge, with a direct and honest sensation that evolves smoothly.
