About Macaronesian White Gin

Inspired by the natural aromas of Macaronesia, a group of archipelagos located in the Atlantic Ocean where the Canary Islands are found, Macaronesian White Gin is a fresh, smooth, and balanced gin, born amidst the volcanic landscapes of the Canary Islands.
 
Its exclusive recipe, with juniper as the protagonist, is enriched with indigenous botanicals from the Laurisilva forest, such as cardamom, angelica, liquorice, and citrus fruits. The fusion of these elements is complemented by exceptionally pure water, filtered drop by drop through volcanic galleries, which imparts a unique character to the gin.
 
The meticulous distillation and harmonisation of these ingredients create a gin that, without the usual alcoholic intensity, is highly pleasing to the palate, distinguished by its freshness and smoothness. Perfect for cocktails and mixed drinks, Macaronesian White Gin invites you to enjoy a singular and refreshing experience.
 
For a perfect Macaronesian & Tonic, serve in a balloon glass or wide tumbler with plenty of ice. Add 5 cl of Macaronesian Gin, 15 cl of tonic water, and garnish with a twist of lemon and orange (or lime, if you prefer). The final touch for a unique experience!
