Mezcal Los Danzantes Reposado is a mezcal that envelops the palate with a deep mahogany hue, reminiscent of a sunset amidst barrels. Aromas of smoke and earth are discernible, with sweet hints of vanilla and maple syrup that invite one to linger in the moment. On the palate, it unfolds warm flavours of coconut and wood, rounded by the smoothness of vanilla, extending into an elegant and lingering aftertaste. The evening air of Oaxaca (Mexico) possesses its own rhythm, almost imperceptible, yet palpable in the sun's warmth on the earth and the vibration coursing through the maguey fields. There, amidst the scents of wood and soil, arises a curiosity that awakens stories worthy of being told.
 
It was in that moment of discovery that Gustavo Muñoz and Hugo D’Acosta found the spark of Los Danzantes. Since 1997, the distillery, located in Matatlán, Oaxaca, the World Capital of Mezcal, has become a sanctuary of artisanal mezcal, a place where tradition, land, and talent intertwine, and where master mezcalera Karina Abad guides each bottle with knowledge, intuition, and reverence for ancestry.
 
Amidst this dance of roots and patience, Mezcal Los Danzantes Reposado reveals itself with character and smoothness. Nine months in American and French oak barrels bestow depth, where the cooked maguey and a hint of smokiness embrace the delicacy of vanilla and spices. It is a mezcal that invites one to pause, to feel the moment's pause and surprise.
