Heymann-Löwenstein Schieferterrassen is a single-varietal Riesling white wine crafted by the winery Heymann-Löwenstein in the Mosel Valley, Germany.

The grapes used to produce Heymann-Löwenstein Schieferterrassen are meticulously handpicked and undergo an extended fermentation process in stainless steel tanks with indigenous yeasts. The resulting wine is aged on its fine lees for a minimum of 10 months in large 2,400-liter casks.

Schieferterrassen translates to "slate terraces," aptly depicting the vineyards from which the clusters are harvested to make Heymann-Löwenstein Schieferterrassen, originating from a dramatic, steep, and stony landscape that endows the wines of Heymann-Löwenstein with the quintessential taste of the Mosel.
