In the painting "La Divina Providencia" by Giovanni Paolo Panini (1732), a benevolent force is depicted that guides and protects humanity, illustrating how life's events can be under the influence of a divine force. This very force seems to be present in the creation of the Estasi wines, a masterful collection born from tradition, patience, and the unique vision of the winemaker Franco di Filippo.

The eponymous winery, founded in 1887, is a true gem of the Apulia (Italy) region. Over the years, it has undergone significant evolution, particularly with the arrival of the third generation, led by Franco, who revitalised the winery through an artisanal approach, always focused on the uniqueness and quality of the native grape moscato reale di trani. This variety, unique to the region, requires patience and, as the vintner himself expresses, a profound connection with the "Divina Providencia." Only through the use of ancestral methods, high-quality raw materials, and a unique vision are the Estasi born.

A clear reflection of this dedication and mastery is Estasi In Armonia Pas Dosé. This single-varietal wine, balanced and elegant, originates from the moscato reale di trani variety, cultivated in soils rich in limestone and volcanic rock in Apulia. After a meticulous harvest and rigorous selection of the finest grapes, they undergo controlled fermentation, followed by aging in stainless steel tanks until bottling. Subsequently, a second fermentation in the bottle with specific yeasts is carried out, refining for at least 18 months, which imparts a harmonious flavour, full of character and delicacy.
