Tasting notes Etxeko Pacharán

Pacharán (1 Liter).

A palate where sloe berry flavours intermingle with hints of anise. The sweetness of the liqueur is balanced by the tartness and bitterness of the sloe.

It exhibits a deep red hue with some brick-coloured highlights.

On the nose, it offers the scents of sloe accompanied by aniseed nuances.

About Etxeko Pacharán

Etxeko Pacharán is a patxaran produced by Destilerías La Navarra. It is produced by macerating sloe fruits from Navarra, under the regulatory body of Pacharán Navarro, in alcohol derived from beet molasses.

About 200 grams of fresh sloes are used per liter of alcohol, which are left to macerate for two months. After the soaking, sugar and anisette are added. The mixture is filtered 5 times to leave it clean of impurities before it is placed onto the market.
