About Entreflores Verdejo
Entreflores Verdejo is a white wine from the esteemed D.O. Rueda, meticulously crafted by Príncipe de Viana winery. This wine is a varietal made exclusively from the Verdejo grape.
Harvesting occurs in September and is performed by hand. The berries are carefully selected based on their ripeness and health.
The grapes that give life to Entreflores Verdejo are sourced from select vines that are over 25 years old.
Upon arrival at the winery, the grapes are crushed and destemmed. The juice is extracted through gentle pressing.
The must then undergoes a settling process, followed by a controlled, low-temperature alcoholic fermentation.
