Eagle Rare Bourbon is an intense and elegant bourbon with a complex nose where toffee mingles with orange peel, honey, herbs, leather, and a delicate hint of oak. On the palate, it is dry, silky, and surprisingly delicate, with the warmth of candied almonds and a deep cocoa note that adds character. Eagle Rare Bourbon originates from Kentucky, at Buffalo Trace, a distillery whose roots are intertwined with the ancient paths left by buffalo across the landscape. More than two centuries later, those tracks continue to give their name to a house that has made patience and craftsmanship a part of its identity.
 
Fundamental figures in the world of bourbon, such as Edmund Haynes Taylor Jr. and Albert B. Blanton, have passed through its doors, their vision helping to establish the distillery as a benchmark.
