Clase Azul Tequila Reposado is a golden coloured tequila with bright yellow hues. The nose is intense and complex, with aromas of agave syrup, vanilla, candied orange peel, cinnamon, banana and American oak. The palate is medium-bodied with hints of hazelnut, vanilla and clove.

According to the most stringent rules of etiquette, gifts should be elegantly and tastefully wrapped. This detail, which generally pleases everyone, is a symbol of the interest one person has in another. Conversely, if the wrapping is poorly done, it would signify neglect and disinterest.

In light of this unwritten rule, the tequila producer Clase Azul excels with its decanters, unique pieces of art crafted using the ancient techniques of the Mazahua people, where their creations are bottled. These exclusive ceramic vessels are handmade, with no two alike in the world.

However, if the packaging is astonishing, its contents are even more captivating, with the Clase Azul Tequila Reposado, a reposado tequila aged for eight months in American whiskey barrels. Clase Azul Tequila Reposado is made from blue agave cultivated in one of the highest points in Jalisco, between six and eight years. Once harvested, this entirely organic agave is taken to ancient masonry ovens, where it undergoes a 72-hour cooking process to enhance the characteristic aromas and flavours of this fruit. After this, the plant's core is milled to extract the juice and begin fermentation (using the brand's patented yeast). In this case, Clase Azul Tequila Reposado is distilled twice, using only the heart of the distillation and discarding both the heads and tails. This simple detail ensures the quality of this beverage.

With such care and its exclusive decanter, Clase Azul Tequila Reposado is not just an ordinary tequila, but a way to preserve and honour the tradition of a people.
