Reminiscences of a garden in spring. Juniper gives way to a voluptuous and complex fragrance of flowers that give way to an elegant, round and very refreshing finish.

Transparent.

Delicate fragrances of flowers, jasmine, honeysuckle and cinnamon, which evolve into more powerful essences, herbs, anise and grains of paradise while cinnamon becomes more persistent.

About Citadelle Gin

Citadelle is the oldest gin distillery in France, established in Dunkirk, Cognac, since the last quarter of the eighteenth century. The gin recipe remains the same as in its origins in the eighteenth century.
This gin is distilled 4 times in Charentais copper stills, although with this process, each  distillation amounts to a double distillation. Through this process many more organoleptic characteristics are kept than when other methods are used. Aromas also remain more present and the flavours obtained are more penetrating. Citadelle is the only gin that is still produced through the traditional method. It requires a whole day to get to fill a barrel of gin.
