About Chandon Garden Spritz

Originally from Mendoza, Argentina, and made by Chandon, the winery specialising in bubbles lying at the foot of the Andes Mountains, this is Chandon Garden Spritz, the aperitif that smells and tastes like summer!
 
This sparkling wine is made using the charmat method, where the second fermentation, to generate carbon dioxide, is carried out in stainless steel tanks. The base wine is made from Semillon, Chardonnay and Pinot Noir grapes from vineyards growing at an altitude of 1,000 metres above sea level. 
 
Chandon Garden Spritz is enhanced with a “secret recipe” liqueur containing orange peel from the Valencia Late oranges, but grown in Argentina, and herbs, aromatic flowers and spices from Brazil, Argentina, Madagascar and Central America.
 
The result? A sparkling drink with a refreshing citrus touch that reminds us of delicious summer days, sun and sand, sunsets and friends, and gives a nod to the bitter flavours of mate, fernet or vermouth. A versatile and sophisticated cocktail, without artificial colours or flavours, with a delicious balance between a sweet beginning and a slightly bitter finish.
