Castell de Vilarnau Reserva Brut comes from vineyards located in the municipality of Sant Sadurní d’Anoia, in alluvial origin soils that give the fruit a very Mediterranean style. The vines are cultivated using ecological agriculture, without using any chemical products that could harm the natural balance of the terroir.
In the winery, Castell de Vilarnau Reserva Brut is made from the three base wines made with each of the varieties separately and then these wines are blended. After blending the three wines, a second fermentation takes place in the bottle and it remains on its lees for a minimum of 18 months. After disgorging, the expedition liqueur is added.
Castell de Vilarnau Reserva Brut is a traditional cava made with this Denomination of Origin’s three typical varieties. Fresh and fruity, this wine is a perfect way to start your evening.
