About Carl Jung Chardonnay

Few places in the world rival Spain when it comes to wine production, and it is to this country, specifically to the region of Castilla-La Mancha, that Carl Jung has come to craft his alcohol-free white wine, Carl Jung Chardonnay.
 
Only the finest raw materials are employed in the crafting of this wine, where the production process and techniques are meticulously attended to. Since 1907, this German company has been dedicated to perfecting the best vacuum extraction process, at temperatures below 30° C, always preserving the wine's natural aromas. This is all thanks to Carl Jung, a wine merchant born into a family of vintners, who, at the dawn of the 20th century, envisioned the possibility of enjoying wine and all its flavour without the alcohol. Today, having become the pioneer of this technique, the company that bears his name (now run by the fifth generation) remains at the forefront of this type of wine.
