About Brimoncourt Brut Rosé

"One must master the art of embellishing one's everyday life", under this motto Alexandre Cornot, a former notary, art dealer, and veritable gentleman of Champagne, has rejuvenated the historic champagne house Brimoncourt. A maison that had been neglected for far too long, Cornot revived it in 2008, catapulting it back into the limelight among the region's esteemed wineries.

To achieve this, Cornot places a significant emphasis on respecting the terroir, and at their headquarters in Aÿ, he crafts exceptional wines such as Brimoncourt Brut Rosé. This sparkling wine is a blend of Pinot Noir, Pinot Meunier, and Chardonnay grapes that undergo primary fermentation in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures, followed by a secondary fermentation in the bottle, maturing on the lees for 36 to 48 months. Ultimately, the champagne is disgorged and dosed with 8 grams of sugar per liter.

Thus, as an ambassador of art and fine taste, Cornot delights us with this Brimoncourt Brut Rosé, a complex and elegant sparkling wine that delivers far more than just a delightful sip. It's a bold reinterpretation of champagne designed to embellish life's finest moments.
