About La Bona Vida Brut
La Bona Vida Brut is a cava from the D.O Cava region produced by the winery Cava Varias. This cava is a blend of 3 grape varieties: Xarel.lo (40%), Macabeo (30%) and Parellada (30%).
The grapes used for La Bona Vida Brut come from various vineyards from across the denominación of origen. The harvest, as well as the transport and the processes of vinification and production, all are carried out following traditional methods.
La Bona Vida Brut, previously known as Flors i Violes Brut, spends a minimum of 12 months in the bottle before the disgorging process and being placed onto the market.
Cavas Varias is a winery located in the municipality of Sant Sadurní d’Anoia, close to Barcelona. It is an area with a great heritage in viticulture, and a leader in the production of cava.
