On the nose, it opens with notes of spiced rye and fine tobacco, which gradually give way to softer layers of caramel, honey, and nuances of dark fruit with a citrus touch that adds brightness. On the palate, it maintains that enveloping complexity, where rye and tobacco set the pace while honey rounds off the ensemble with a restrained, almost polished sweetness.
