About Aura Verdejo Vendimia Nocturna

Aura Verdejo is a white wine produced by Bodegas Aura, in the D.O. Rueda.
The winery is in Rueda (Valladolid) and is part of the Pernod Ricard Bodegas group. Bodegas Aura is dedicated exclusively to the production of high quality white wines.
Aura Verdejo is made fully with the Verdejo native variety. The vineyards lie about 730m above sea level, where the grapes face extreme temperatures that mean they ripen really well.
The harvest is carried out completely manually and into small boxes. It is also done at night to keep the grape’s qualities intact.
To make the wine, the must ferments in tanks at a controlled temperature, which extracts the fruitiness as much as possible.
