Amrut "Triparva" Triple Distilled is a whisky of complex and enveloping character, with a bright golden-brown hue. On the nose, it opens with an unexpectedly harmonious blend of salted caramel, coconut cream, and vanilla, gradually giving way to more fruity nuances of peach and melon, culminating in more intense notes of plantain, sweet orange, and a subtle oak undertone. On the palate, it is expansive and creamy, with an almost silky texture reminiscent of ripe fruit in syrup, where peach and melon meld with gentle citrus, vanilla, and a sweetness that feels dense yet balanced. The finish is long and warm, with echoes of honey, banana, and a slight spicy touch that lingers, like a tropical scene slowly fading but never completely disappearing.
