818 Tequila Eight Reserve exhibits a pale amber hue with coppery undertones and a notable body. On the nose, subtle aromas of vanilla, clove, and cinnamon are discernible, accompanied by roasted nuts, honey, orange zest, and black cherry. On the palate, its finish is prolonged, smooth, and silky, with an elegant profile that highlights notes of cooked agave, vanilla, cinnamon, dried fruits, and praline, contributing to a mature and well-balanced complexity.

About 818 Tequila Eight Reserve 70 cl

In 2021, Kendall Jenner, much like the rest of her family, ventured into the world of business. Anonymously (and surprisingly), the penultimate Kardashian sister decided to invest in the spirits industry with a very clear objective: to craft the finest tequila ever tasted. Thus, 818 Tequila Eight Reserve was born. 
 
From Jalisco and guided by the finest tequila masters, comes this spirit where añejo and extra añejo tequilas are blended, boasting over eight years of aging. This is the result of decades of "passion and expertise" now poured into this creation, where the number eight becomes more than a figure; it transforms into a declaration of infinite intentions, embodied in a handcrafted ceramic decanter made by local artisans in Pachuca.
 
The blue Weber agave used for crafting 818 Tequila Eight Reserve is organic and cultivated in Jalisco, specifically in the municipality of Amatitán, in the Tequila Valleys. After maturing for six to seven years, 818 Tequila Eight Reserve is selected and taken to traditional ovens, each holding 20 tonnes, where the agave hearts are cooked at approximately 96°C for around thirty hours. Once cooked, 818 Tequila Eight Reserve proceeds to the tahonas for crushing. An ancient technique is employed here, using an 800-kilogram wheel to extract all the juice from the plant. This must then moves to wooden tanks and stainless steel vats where 818 Tequila Eight Reserve ferments for about 48 hours. This crucial process begins with a blend using agave fibres (leftover from the tahona) inoculated with native yeasts (ensuring greater aromatic expression). Following this, 818 Tequila Eight Reserve is distilled twice and rests for around eight years in American and French oak barrels.
