For over five years, actress Anne Hathaway has abstained from consuming even a drop of alcohol. The reason is quite straightforward: it appears that her hangovers lasted excessively long (approximately five days). This is far from desirable, especially considering she has children in the mix (the actress has two children with actor and producer Adam Shulman). Like her, many individuals have embraced this trend known as Sober Curious, where alcohol consumption is significantly restricted. However, can you imagine Anne Hathaway with a parched throat on the night of any of her premieres? Absolutely not! Completely organic and vegan, French Bloom Le Rosé is a sparkling rosé conceived by Maggie Frerejean-Taittinger (director of the Michelin Guide) and Constance Jablonski (top model), who at one point in their lives couldn't find the perfect drink to complement their respective careers. The former, pregnant with twins, couldn't properly pair dishes; the latter, always between flights, gyms, and parties, needed something healthy to drink that wouldn't give her a hangover. This is how French Bloom was born, along with French Bloom Le Rosé. 
 
The entire process for this sparkling wine begins in the vineyards of Languedoc, where the chardonnay and pinot noir grapes used to produce French Bloom Le Rosé are meticulously selected. The cultivation is entirely organic, always seeking to maximize the expression of each variety. Every activity and decision is overseen by Rodolphe Frerejean-Taittinger, who has extensive experience in the A.O.C. Champagne and Cognac regions. He is ultimately responsible for ensuring the grapes are pressed and placed in fermentation tanks. However, the most crucial aspect of French Bloom Le Rose is the dealcoholization process, which employs cutting-edge technology. This involves vacuum distillation at low temperatures, recovering and restoring the wine's original flavors and aromas. 
 
French Bloom Le Rosé has unequivocally demonstrated that non-alcoholic wines have nothing to envy. After all, alcohol is not essential to celebrate any occasion with style and flavor. Cheers!
