About Baigorri Crianza

Baigorri Crianza is a red wine produced in the Rioja by Bodegas Baigorri. This winery is located in the town of Samaniego, in La Rioja Alavesa.

Baigorri Crianza is a blend of Tempranillo with a small proportion of Garnacha.

For processing, after a careful stemming, the grapes are macerated for 10 days without squeezing. Subsequently an intracellular fermentation takes place (fermentation with whole grains) in stainless steel tanks at a temperature of 28 ° C with pumping by gravity.

After, Baigorri Crianza spends 14 months aging in oak barrels of different types: French, American and Caucasian.
