Herederos del Marqués de Riscal is a legendary Rioja winery with more than 160 years of history. The birthplace of great wines known all around the world, their Reserva Histórica includes wines from winemakers that were never released. Barrels with special characteristics that were marked with chalk and used as a guide for the cellar master.

XR de Marqués de Riscal 2019 unveils a cloak of deep cherry color, nearly impenetrable to the eye. As one brings it closer to the nose, a tapestry of aromas unfolds, revealing ripe fruits such as plums and blackberries, interwoven with spicy flashes of cinnamon and black pepper, complemented by a sweet hint of licorice. On the palate, it is refreshing, with soft, seamlessly integrated tannins that forge a robust structure.
