About Nisia

Nisia és un vi blanc de la D.O. Rueda elaborat per Jorge Ordoñez.

Aquest vi és un monovarietal de Verdejo, una de les varietats estrella del seu celler. El raïm procedeix d'unes vinyes centenàries, que creixen a uns 1.000 metres d'altura sobre sòls molt pobres i sorrencs, immunes a la fil · loxera.

El 90% d'aquest vi passa per una fermentació en dipòsits d'acer inoxidable a temperatura baixa. Posteriorment passa per una criança sobre lies durant quatre mesos. El 10% restant del vi fermenta en barriques de roure francès també al costat de les seves mares.

2022

Nisia 2022 is unveiled as a youthful and vibrant white wine, an ideal choice for those in pursuit of lightness and a pronounced aromatic profile. Olfactorily, it unfurls an enchanting spectrum of scents with green apple taking center stage, complemented by subtle citrus nuances and a faint floral hint. On the palate, its effervescent acidity invigorates the taste buds, harmonizing with the fruit notes detected on the nose, and concludes with a crisp and delightful finish.
2020 Nisia 2020 is a fresh white wine. The nose is very expressive, with predominant ripe fruit accompanied by hints of flowers, herbs, fine lees and stone fruit. The palate is oily and long, with good acidity. Maximum expression of the Verdejo variety.
2014 Expansive and flavourful, harmoniously balanced with a prolonged finish. Remarkably fresh with excellent acidity.
