About Goru Rosado

Goru Rosado is a single-varietal wine made from Garnacha by Ego Bodegas under the D.O. Jumilla appellation, in Murcia, Spain.
 
For the production of Goru Rosado, the Garnacha grape clusters are hand-harvested at their optimal ripeness and collected in small crates to preserve the integrity of the grapes and their organoleptic properties until they reach the winery. Here, they are left to macerate with their skins until a beautiful colour is obtained. When the time comes to separate the must from the solid parts, Goru Rosado is allowed to drain. This process is known as bleeding the must, and it yields a high-quality juice that is transferred to stainless steel tanks for fermentation. 
 
Goru Rosado is a youthful, highly versatile, aromatic, and luscious wine, an excellent choice to be enjoyed at any time of the year.
2023

Goru Rosado 2023 is distinguished by its pale, bright strawberry pink hue, which captivates with its elegance and liveliness. On the nose, this wine presents an intense blend of forest fruit aromas, with predominant notes of currant, raspberry, and red blackberries. Upon tasting, it offers a refreshing palate experience due to its balanced acidity. The finish is long-lasting, leaving a sweet sensation, while maintaining a fresh and appealing profile.

2021 Goru Rosado is a vibrant and crisp rosé wine, which on the nose presents us with scents of redcurrants, raspberries, and blackberries. On the palate, it glides with a delightful and refreshing acidity, balancing the pronounced sweetness that lingers at the finish.
2019 Malasombra Rosado is a rosé wine with great aromatic intensity and touches of blackcurrants, raspberries and red blackberries. On the palate it is sweet and persistent, with a refreshing acidity that gives it vivacity.
