Nestled in the Charente department of Nouvelle-Aquitaine, France, the Maison Hennessy boasts over 250 years of expertise in crafting unparalleled cognacs.
 
The legacy of Hennessy V.S.O.P. Privilège commenced in 1817, when the future King George IV of England commissioned a special order from the maison. He desired a cognac of “Very Superior Old Pale” quality, aged and of a pale hue. From 1818 onwards, the first shipments of a cognac that would travel the globe began.

Privilège is a harmonious cognac characterized by a meticulous selection of eaux-de-vie, the result of a lengthy and sophisticated process that starts with the sustainable cultivation of Ugni Blanc grapes.
