About Fino Quinta

Fino Quinta is a "fino" wine produced by Bodegas Osborne in El Puerto de Santamaría.

To produce this wine, Palomino grapes are lightly pressed and the must is racked for twelve hours before fermenting at a controlled temperature of 25ºC.

Fino Quinta is aged according to the traditional Soleras y Criaderas method in American oak barrels.
